Hello everyone, and welcome back to my blog.
So today, I am doing a post that I have been wanting to do for a long time coming, and that posts my makeup collection. I have posted bits and pieces of what I have, whether it was palette reviews or my favorite makeup products at the moment, but never did one full post of everything I have.
Just a little disclaimer, I am not trying to brag in any way; I just want to show you all some of the products that I have been currently loving. If you would like to see it, then please keep reading below.
Eyeshadows

I want to say when it comes to beauty, I am known for my eye looks because I like to play with colors and switch them up a bit. I just started doing this recently, so with that being said, The Jaclyn Hill Palette or the Prism Palette gives me a chance to venture and try new looks. When I first started getting into makeup, I would stay with the neutral colors of golds, browns, and maroon, so you best believe that the Naked 2 Palette and the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette were my go to's.
I still have a long list of pallets that I want to try out, but for now, I am pretty set with the ones I have.
Mascaras
/
I have been through so many mascaras that it's crazy. My favorite mascaras have to be anyone from Maybelline because they are just amazing. I haven't bought one recently because makeup is expensive, but I do have some others that I like. My favorite right now is this dual-sided mascara from Popsugar, which gives you a lot of volumes, plus it's dual-sided, so there is a wand for the top lashes and one for the bottom. As far as my other mascaras, they are just ones that I have bought from the dollar store or the clearance rack at Walmart. Yes, they are cheap, but hey, it gets the job done.
Eyeliner
I am going, being honest, guys, I will buy any eyeliner as long as it works. I tend to stick more with liquid liner because it's easier to put on top of my eyeshadow. Pencil liners were my worst nightmare in middle school, but it was a good thing I discovered liquid liners. My current favorite liquid liners would have to be eyeliners from Elf because they are super affordable and are really good quality. I usually stick with a black liner because it will go with any eyeshadow combo, but I want to use different color eyeliners. Right now, I have a blue eyeliner from Elf, but I also want to try purple, yellow, red, and pretty much the entire rainbow.
Brow Products
I usually use a flat brush and black eyeshadow when it comes to my brows, and it works fine for me. There are times where I feel like they look too chalk due to the eyeshadow some I have two brow products which are this brow pencil that I got from my local beauty supply store and a brow brush that I got from my dollar store. I want to get a brow pomade to make my brows look more natural, but right now, I am just focusing on trying to grow my brows out so that they can get a bit thicker.
Lip products
Lips products are complex for me to get because many colors do not work on my skin tone. It's pretty sad when I can't wear lipstick or liquid lipstick, but hopefully, soon, I will find a brand that works well with my skin tone. With that being said, I still use glosses to give me a little extra shine. I have this gloss from Popsugar that gives off that galaxy look that is fun to use every once.
Tools 
This is hard because I don't know where many of my brushes are from. I think I bought two sets of brushes from Forever21 and just collected brushes that come with palettes. Other tools I have include tweezers, nail clippers, and a razor for my nails and brow.
Foundations
I don't wear many foundations, but I usually go back and forth between these two because they come closest to my skin shade when I do.
Highlighters
I haven't bought any highlighters by themselves, but I was able to get four of them in the Carli Bybel Palette plus, sometimes I will use my more shimmery eyeshadow and use them and highlights.

Well, that is all I have for this post. I just wanted to point out that when I do my makeup, I usually do my eyes, so I lack other faces makeup products like blush, bronzer, and powder. Still, I found out that you can easily use different eyes shadows to replicate blush and bronzer. As for powder, I need to buy some and a setting spray and maybe some new brushes. Please let me know if Sephora has some good sales.

Hello everyone I am back with a new post.
It has been a long while since my last post and that is due to school work and tests and all that fun stuff. I am finally able to sit down and provide some content for you guys.
Today I am showing you all my dorm room tour which I am so excited to show you about. Also hopefully I can give you guys some inspiration to further decorate your room.

Hey you guys. I am back with a review of a makeup palette. For a while now, I heard many people rate this product pretty severely, but I went ahead and purchased it to try it out for myself. Plus, when I bought it, this palette was on sale for $30, which I thought was great, so I purchased it with no hesitation. On the downside, I realized that this product was the only one of their palette on sale, meaning that the sales might not have been well, so there is that to consider.
The palette looks nice. The outside has a lovely velvet touch to it, and the prism on the outside gave me chills while looking at it.
On to the inside, you get an array of fourteen different colors, which I think I simply beautiful. The colors pertain to prisms and things like that, so the colors resemble what that would look like.
So I did a couple of swatches to get the complete verdict. This first picture is the top row which, to be honest, I had to swipe two or three times to get a real nice swatch. I wouldn't say I liked the top row that much except for the purple and black shades, which I see myself using more than once.
The bottom row had some nice colors. The purple, green, and sparkly orangy colors make great lid shades, while the purple/pinkish hue at the end makes for excellent crease color.
Overall I like this palette, but I wish I would have gotten another palette from Anastasia first, like the Modern Renaissance palette, which I have been dying to get. This palette is not for every day but special occasions. When using these shades, I suggest using other eyeshadow colors from different palettes as I color, not blend them. I feel like this would have been better as single eyeshadow.
Don't let my review shy you away from this palette. I try to use it as much as I can so I can stand out.

Happy Good Friday! A lot has been going on. I just came back from Spring break, I didn't do much, so that was disappointing, but I want to make a post about Easter; but I had to get this post up first, so I may do a back-to-back post so stay tuned.
I have some exciting news! A little over a month ago, I entered a contest to become a SheaBassador which is a brand ambassador for Shea Moisture. Shea Moisture is a brand that creates and sells curly hair products to all curly hair girls and some charming skin products. When I found out that I became an ambassador for this company, I was super excited that I celebrated with Starbucks. This is a fantastic opportunity, and I can not wait to show you some of these fantastic products.
Ok, so over a year, they will send me products for me to review. I received my first box on Monday, which contained three skincare products. The first product I got was the Bamboo Charcoal Body Scrub from their African Black Soap line (The picture is shown above). So this product you can use on your body in the shower and creates a good exfoliator. I never had an exfoliator before, so I will use it a bit longer and update you about how I like it.
Next, we have some skincare products, which I was so excited about because I needed some new skincare products. So I got the Bamboo Charcoal Detoxifying Foaming Facial Wash and the Bamboo Charcoal Hydrating Gelee Moisturizer. You would use the foaming facial wash first and then the gelee moisturizer. I really like the foaming facial wash because it felt very soothing to my skin, and since it was foam, it was fun to mess with, but FYI use it carefully because I am almost out because I used it too much. The gelee moisturizer was a bit tricky for me because it left my skin dry, but to be fair, most moisturizers do not work for me, so that I may give it another try. Still, I also may give it to a friend or family member because it is a good product I can see, but my skin is sensitive to some effects.
In all, I love these products. These products are geared towards people with oily skin (me), so if you have oily skin, I highly recommend it. Plus, I heard charcoal is a good ingredient for people with oily skin, and I have had one skincare product before this with charcoal, and it worked wonders for my skin.

Why the Jaclyn Hill Palette is the Only Palette You Will Ever Need | Review
I tried to swath some of my favorite eyeshadow shades on my arm, but I'm not that good at it and couldn't get a good photo, but I still attempted.
Some of my favorite shades included blue, purple, and even green because I never had colors like these before in a palette, so I am super excited to use these shades.

Hey you guys,
So I was meaning to get this post out a long time ago when a lot of schools were starting in August but a few things got in the way but I do know that there are a few schools and colleges that start in September so I thought I should get this post out before back to school season is officially over.
So last year started this trend of Victoria Secret PINK backpacks. I was enduring my senior year of high school and all along down the hall I saw so many girls with these backpacks and I do have to say they were kind of cute but also were pretty expensive. I did not have one my senior year but I made sure to save up my money to buy one for college and I am here to give you guys my honest review.

Now if you go to the website or in stores the backpacks come in many different colors. I opted to get a grey color because I wanted something neutral and basic and not too loud in color. The backpacks did end up costing a whopping $70 with taxes which is the most I have ever spent on backpacks but it probably was a good investment.
There are six different compartments where you can keep your belongings in and one of them is specifically tailored to keep your laptop in which I thought was neat because I never had a compartment to hold my laptop. The rest of the compartments are the same as other backpacks where you have a big space to hold all your books and smaller spaces to hold little things like pencils and pens. There is also a zipper at the bottom of the book bag where you can store stuff but it is a little small and would be best to hold things like index cards and so on. As for the rest of the backpacks, there are two mesh water bottles holders on each side and padded straps for support.
My final thoughts are that yes the backpacks are pretty pricey but like I said is a good investment because I feel like these book bags will last you for a few years. If everything goes well I hope to use my book bag all throughout college.
